No public services will be held for Dorothy Ann Rouse, 81, of Coos Bay, who passed away September 10, 2017 in Coos Bay. Private inurnment will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park in Portland. Private cremation rites were held at Ocean View Memory Gardens in Coos Bay. Arrangements are under the care of Coos Bay Chapel, 541-267-3131.
